Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing to the Indian Plumbing Association with payment details, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges, taxes, payment gateway charges, or other deductions already incurred.
Refunds are not guaranteed after event deadlines, allocation of services, or completion of event-related commitments.
